I recently got a few new baby chicks
One of which had pretty bad pasty butt
I cleaned her but with warm water and a Q-tip dried her butt and put her back in with the other chicks she seemed to be doing fine She had a full crop and now she seems to be very Lethargic all the other chicks are running around and she just stands there or lays there

As long as your brooder temperature is good, 85-90 with an area even cooler, there's fresh water, and feed not much else you can do. Perhaps a day or two of electrolytes. Otherwise it will make it or not. Some don't make it unfortunately, they pass either from birth defects or getting off to a bad start.

Has she pooped since you cleaned off the pasty butt?
How old is chick?
Please post pics of your brooder set up.
