Help! I have a sick hen

Hi all! I need help. I have a hen who is less than a year old. This past week, she is a little lethargic. I noticed the following: comb is not as vibrant, antisocial, not scratching for bugs, goes to roost earlier than the rest, pulsating rump and tonight we witnessed her having a liquid stool. Stool was the color and consistency of chocolate syrup. She is starting to look a little thinner than the others. I see her drink and eat, but not sure if the amount.

She needs to got to an animal hospital ASAP!... also she is pretty cute what her name? I have a hen just like her named Muffin cuz she was the size of a muffin when we got her

Inspect her for external parasites especially around the vent area. Worm her with either Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or Safeguard liquid goat wormer.
