Oh I just looked at the pics better and it kinda looks like she has an abscess or something. Her foot kinda looks like it has bumblefoot too.

Did you start dosing her w/ antibiotics?
And yes, it does look like bumblefoot, not too swollen yet, maybe she is just having an immunity shutdown, lots of small things make one big problem.

i tryed to push out the stuff in her mouth, its hard and nasty i almost threw up im going to try again tomarrow, shes drink water with meds in it so if she looks better tomarrow ill be happy, i think useing my finger to push put the stuff(whatever it is) is going to work best. none of my outher chcikens r haveing problms, i hope this doesnt spread!

If she has horrible breath, I would say that your hen has sour crop/thrush (yeast infection of the crop) and can be treated with Nystatin. I'm not sure about the foot, sorry. I hope your hen is back to good health soon!

What's going on with your girl? If you haven't done anything yet, I would take a q-tip and try to pull and roll the gook in her throat.
She must feel awful. They can't blow their nose like we can, i'm sure that would make her more comfortable.
