Help - I have NO idea what is wrong with this hen...

I agree she sounds broody. We just broke a first time broody by keeping her out of the nest at all times. I would put her up on the roost at night, and we would lock her out of the coop in the daytime until the rest of the girls had laid their eggs, then we blocked off the nests for the rest of the day. Uncover the nests and do it all over again the next day. It only took 3 solid days. She was a very persistant hen trying to get into that nest! Good luck with your girl!

I have it on my facebook too, everyone gets a kick out of it! I call it, "Fresh Turkey Sandwich".

My cousin has it as her computer's wallpaper. I love the turkeys, they are so laid back. After this photo, I attempted to stuff several day-old chicks into a McDonald's McNugget box, but they kept moving and climbing out.
