Help! I have no idea whats going on

Hi i have a hen who is really sick, she just broke out of being broody she was totally fine for a couple of days after.. but now she is really sick her bum is really bad i have washed her twice and cut the feathers away from her bum today. She wont hang with any of the other hens/rooster now i also had a hen who did the same thing about 4 months ago and she passed away.. these 2 hens came from the same place the others different places im so confused and upset right now please someone shed some light on this situation for me .. i also read she could have thrush from egg laying i have her 2 table spoons of natural youghurt? The hardened part won't come off, even after a good soaking or two?

It's possible it could be vent gleet, apply some anti-fungal cream to the vent 2x a day for 2wks and see if you can get some Nystatin to help clear up any yeast infection/thrush.

Update. I tried both bathed her kept her warm she sadly passed away

Im really confused we just had another death yesterday our silkie from a different breeder

poor chickens we are having no luck here!
