Help I haven't got an egg in a week

    :eek: They keep eating their eggs I tried the golf balls but I work all day and can't watch when they lay. what should I do now? I am going hungry.

    If you are positive they aren't just hiding the eggs, you could try changing to roll away nest boxes. After the egg is laid, it rolls out of the hen's reach.

    They are not hiding them i keep finding broken eggs in the coop and the shells are all solid so i know they are are not soft shells.

    No, I think keljonma realizes THEY are not hiding them, that's why you need to get the nests that do that.... like keljonma said.

    Try to make the nest box darker. They like to see what they are eating. A fringe curtain made of black polythene may help.
