help, I just lost all the bars on my screen!

Ok, so I was just reading a thread, and noticed my screen was dirty, went to wipe it off, and I guess I hit some combo of buttons that made BYC take over the whole screen. No bars at the top whatsover. I have Windows vista on a compaq laptop. How do I get everything back without having to restart the laptop?

hit F11 that should fix it.

Turn off your computer (just hit the power button). Then reload it. It should go back to normal.

What browser do you use? Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome...?

Or, as FisherMom said, try hitting F11 first. If that doesn't work let us know.

We discovered that not long ago and my daughter uses it often on games and such

Sometimes the ESC key will help for random screen issues, too (for example, if you have a DVD playing on your computer in full screen mode).
