Help! i made a hole in the duckling egg

Help needed. I have a broody hen who is sat under two call duck eggs. By mistake I accidentally broke one of the shells.as I looked in through the hole the membrane was still intact and I could see the duckling moving inside but obviously no sign of pipping internally. What can I do. I don't want the little guy to die

If the hole is small, put a piece of tape over it and make sure the edges are stuck down firmly.
