Help I think I have a respiratory infection running through my flock!!!!

So just an update on my sick rooster and hen...I have been giving my rooster tetracycline in pill form and initially he wasn't eating or drinking but after a day or two he started eating and drinking again. Initially my hen was eating and drinking, now she isn't so I am now giving her the anitibiotic in pill form and giving my rooster the Duramyacin in his water. They are still separated from the rest of the flock and the remaining hens seem fine so maybe this wasn't viral or I caught it before it affected my entire flock. I also cleaned out my coop, cleaned with a pressure washer with bleach water infused in it, then let it dry out and dusted with DE food grade and replaced the bedding. I am hoping this stops it in its tracks. I honestly didn't think my rooster would make it through the night but he seems to be improving little by little. His breathing sounds better but his eyes are still a concern, but again they are improving. Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions they were really helpful.

It seems to me that my birds cannot handle the damp, cooler weather. I'm having same issue and the duramycin isn't really helping. Plus, possible mareks and I' depressed.
