I have a chick that pipped about 15 hours ago and it has been pushing at the inner membrane for about 10 hours. Is the membrane too dry? I feel like it should had broken the membrane by now. What can I do to help them?

Doesn't look overly dry to me. Still lots of blood vessels at this time. Leave it alone.

Okay thank you! I am also a little worried because one of the eggs that pipped has not moved in a couple of hours. Should I take it out and candle or just leave it be?

Leave it alone. Remember it can be 24 hours from pip to zip. If you are not over the 24 hour mark do not interfere.
