I woke up this morning and my chicken's water container was stained crimson. She looks perfectly healthy and happy, and her poop looks normal. I don't see any visible lacerations on her. Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this?

Are there any dead leaves in or near the water? Mulch? Tannins can cause water stain of that color. Also, depending on the type of soil the waterer is near, she could have kicked it in there and stained. If you can't find a cause of bleeding and she's acting okay, I wouldn't assume that it's blood.

My chicken's coop is indoors and there are newspapers around the water container which contain red ink, but i couldn't find any solid material inside the water. Thanks for the feedback :)

Ah. Indoors.
The last thing I would find troubling would be if there was a bloody poop in the water, but you said there was no solid material.
Just keep an eye on her and see if you see any blood on her body at any point is really all you can do. Maybe check inside her mouth to see if she could have injured her tongue on something?
