Help. I think my new chick has a leg problem

.First time incubating and I've had nothing but problems. I did manage to get 2 out of 17 to hatch. I now know it was an issue with ventilation. Out of the two this one hatched with what seems to be something wrong with her leg. She's been laying down with her leg out stretched most of the time. She can move it but isn't walking on it. She kind of drags herself around. Seems a bit week to me. I've given her some electrolytes to see if that will pep get up. Oh hatch
ed yesterday morning. Any ideas? I do see some redness on the upper portion of her leg. I've got pics but having trouble attaching.
