Help! I think she is egg bound and not sure what I should do!

I think my hen is egg bound. I noticed yesterday, i have since put her in a bath for 30mins and did the whole finger deal this morning. Is there any idea on a time line for this. Should she lay soon if at all, should i try again later? How long before i might see a change? How long before i should kill her to end the pain? Would she still be safe to eat? All of this is very new to me and i am very much in the dark on this topic.

Maybe i should add when i did the finger deal she seemed to be spitting up water
