When I saw pic #2 it reminded me of my Silver Phoenix as a chick, then I saw you said the one may be a silver duckwing, the two are not the same, are they? My Phoenixes are about 23 weeks and they were some of my very first chickens so I’m still learning and love these posts to see the differences you all point out.#1. Easter Egger
