I agree that looks like a cockerel. Where did he come from, hatchery or private breeder?

Hatchery. I bought 4 . They look like these

He is an Easter Egger cockerel

What breed was he supposed to be? I"m not seeing any particular EE traits, or anything else really.

If the other birds are the same age, the buff colored bird is likely a cockerel also, with all that comb. A better pic would confirm.

What hatchery?
