Left is definitely a rose comb, and looks like a Silver Laced Wyandotte in the color from this photo. Male because at this early age, the comb is already bright red and fleshy with a strong top knob for the rose comb.
The left looks to be Blue Cochin as that is a single comb. It looks small and pale, so nothing indicating male at this point...likely female...but time will tell as Cochins (full size? not bantam?) develop a bit more slowly. If bantam, you will know if that is a male as the bantam males get large red combs by 3 months or so while females have small yellow comb up to point of lay at about age 5 to 6 months.
