Help identify sex

Hello everyone. New chicken mom here. I have seven 4 1/2 wk old chicks. Three of them gifted to me from a fellow teacher that was given eggs to incubate. One of them I’m really questioning and need your help on what sex you think it is and if you might know the breed.

With that large comb, wattles already showing, heavy legs, upright posture, and general body shape you have a boy.

I was hoping it wasn’t a cockerel but deep down I just knew. He is so sweet but where I live I can’t keep him. I will look into rehoming him. Thank you.
