I just wrote to the hatchery for the second time. I just got a refund. Not sure what I paid but i looks like the refund is ALL or most of the money I paid, including shipping. Now maybe i can buy a couple more hens at the fair in a couple weeks

wrong color over all and wrong leg color as well its 100% ee

there are many different types of combs,EE's usally have a "rose" comb which are close to the head in both males and females,you have a cockerel there for sure,I'm surprised it hasn't started crowing yet

EE's and Ameraucanas have pea combs, not rose combs. Pea combs have 3 rows of bumps, a rose comb looks like a triangle
