Help identify

Hi is there anyone on here who could help me identify these two girls or anyone with the same breed so I can do some research on them t.i.a

They're some sort of game hen, but they aren't the same kind. The first one's comb looks like a peacomb, and second is a straight comb. I would guess that they're crosses.

Was told they may be old English game but they don’t look like them to me unless I’ve been looking at other pics on google lol I would like to breed them one day but don’t know what cockerel I should get to put them with!? There currently running with 3 mini oxford game hens which when time comes I will separate so I’m also looking for a cockerel for those too after the edt are you saying the lighter one is blue?

Any cockerel will work, and who cares if any chicks are mutts? Both hens are blue. The one on the right has gold leakage. If you want to stick with that coloring, I would get a solid-colored black, blue, or splash OEG rooster (OEGs are easy to find) for them.

Blue isn't a color, you see. It's a mix of colors--One black gene (bl) and one mutation of black (Bl) that dilutes black. A black chicken has the genes (bl/bl), a splash has the genes (Bl/Bl) and a Blue has the genes (Bl/bl.) If you breed two blues together, you get this:

Most other colors will create a mix. Which can be cool, but I tend to prefer the cleaner markings.

Thanks very informative I’m new to all this and will save this for the time i find a cockerel and sort some more enclosures out, I only started off with five hens now I’ve managed to end up with 23 so addictive think it’s all the different breeds I never knew there was so many
