Hi there, would any of you lovely lot be able to identify this little cutie pie. I saw him in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham over Christmas and would love to know the breed, thanks in advance.

Thanks for that, I've googled the Lesser scaup and it's quite a rare breed in the UK,it suggests that it's more than lightly one of these little guys, a tufted duck. Thanks for the info

Yes, it's a tufted duck... didn't know you were in the UK, I was looking at North American ducks, lol...

Ha ha not a problem at all, I was getting quite giddy thinking i'd spotted a rare breed
