I have 2 Silver Lace Wyandottes that we had from 6 days old. They looked identical when we got them. Now at 8 weeks one has a straight comb and the other has a rose comb. I was so worried the straight combed one was a rooster, but I learned in this group that pullets can have both types of combs. Other than the comb they look very similar. Any input? Wait to hear a crow?

I would also agree that with that much comb color at 8 weeks that they are both likely cockerels. Wait and see, they could surprise you! I’ve been waiting on a cockerel to crow and he finally tried the other day, at 12 weeks.
