Help identifying my new babies? (pics)

So it could be #5 in the pics above with the dark legs? Thank you so much for your help! I don't want to give those ones away by accident.

COULD be...check over their site for anything that might have dark legs...the green is more common, but since they are mixes, you really never know for sure what traits are going to come through...

Did you know that you can click on the tiny pics of the chicks on the McMurray website and it will increase the size? I found this out accidentally. Each pick actually has multiple chicks in it so that might help you. I printed off the enlarge pictures to have when my chicks arrive.
Did they send you extra?
Did they all arrive alive?
Good luck with them. They sure are cute!

I've looked at all the pics on McMurray, Ideal, Feathersite, and others. There are just too many that look alike! And even with some where I took a picture of one, I'm not sure the rest are the same, particularly the chipmunk ones. Who knew it was so difficult to figure out what breed you got? I would just let time sort it out except that I have friends picking up a couple on Thursday and I don't want them to take my Marans or EE that I paid extra for!

They sent one extra which the shipping label identified as an "Auracana" pullet.

All arrived happy and healthy. The Post Office even called me on President's day to come get them! It probably helped that it was about 60 degrees in the Northwest this weekend. Bad for Olympic skiing but good for chicks!

An "Araucana" from a hatchery = EE. Good for you! Now you have 2!!

McMurray had Cuckoo Marans, right? If so, that chick should be black with a light spot on the back of her head. For your EEers, I would look closely for greenish/ grayish legs on the chipmunky ones. It's not a guarantee, but it is the best options trying to guess breeds at that age.

Of course, you could keep all the chipmunky and black ones to make sure you keep the EE and the Maran....Or even ALL of them! Tell your friends to order their own chickies! LOL

Some of the black and white chicks like #2 have dark legs. Is that normal for a barred rock or is that more common with a different breed? Only the one I took the picture of has the yellow spot on the back of its head.
