I think NInja is probably your free exotic chick. Dominiques aren't listed as rarest of the rare, but they are on MMM's rare section, if that makes sense lol.

None of the birds have beards. At least right now. I believe all of my chickens have 3 toes but I will double check tomorrow. It will give me a reason to pick them up. During the photo session I noticed how skittish they were and I think they don't get handled enough. I want them to be used to human contact.

I thought ninja might be a cuckoo maran. Now that I look at the breed list I think you might be right that it's a Dominique.

Are we counting the little toe on the back of the foot also? If that is the case they all have 4 toes (3 in front 1 in back).

All of my EEs were born (hatched) with beards. I'm not sure if they can develop them later. If They all have 4 toes, then you don't have a Dorking. (they have 5, 3 in the front, two in the back.)
