Help identifying very fluffy chickens

I have 2 of these girls (Thing 1 and Thing 2 aka Bouncing Bell Bottom Babies aka Sunshine and Rainbow) that my friend generously gave to me. They are beyond adorable and the fluffiest chickens I have ever seen. I estimate them to be between 18 and 20 weeks old. I’ve had them for 3 months and they currently weigh 5 pounds. Please help me identify what kind of mix they are!
