Yes. The actual breed name for them is just Collie I think. Different from Border Collie or Sheltie

Unfortunately, we ended up buying a dog. I've never done that before but shelters now have an endless list of criteria and we just never seemed to make the cut. A lot of them - no kids under 12, ones that didn't have that restriction required a fenced in yard. Many of them make it impossible for families to adopt, and I was so incredibly sad to buy our dog, I've never not adopted before. So, maybe keep this in mind if anyone is giving the OP a hard time. I looked at all the rescues within 100 miles of me and we weren't a good fit for any of them. We would have been happy to give any of those dogs a loving, safe home.

Having said all of that, my child hood dog growing up seems to meet your criteria. She was an Eskimo Spitz mutt. She had pretty long hair that was very low maintenance, a medium sized dog, very loving and loyal, good to our cats and she had a shepherding instinct that might lend itself well to owning livestock.
