Help! I'm new at this and need to know if I have boys or girls...

You don't need to separate them unless the thought of eating fertilized eggs bothers you? Or you have zoning issues with roosters?

If you're not allowed to have roos, go ahead and get rid of him now. Or you can wait until he starts crowing, you don't say how old they are now but crowing can start anytime from 2 month to 6 months, around 4 is average.
