They need to be turned 3 times per day,8 times is better but you can't sit beside them all day,or can you? An auto turner is best as you don't have to open it and lose your humidity.I strongly suggest a fan as it will keep your temp within 1/2 degree.If your room temp changes frequently it can effect the temp inside your bator.A fan will hold it where it needs to be.At the beginning you need to put water in the small trough and 3 days prior to hatch fill the bigger water trough and pull the 2 red plugs from the top.
Brooder needs to be 95 degrees the 1st week and drop 5 degrees each week until they feather and they should be okay to take off from any heat.Keep their water supply in the brooder away from the heat as it will heat their water and could get too hot for them to drink.They need a gamebird crumble,not a chicken crumble or mash.
