Help! Impacted crop

My 5-year-old Rhode Island Red started laying down a lot in the past two days. At first I thought it was just because she was getting old, but then I realized it was an impacted crop.
She hasn't been eating a lot and is often tired. I've just moved her inside to rest.

Today and the past few days, her poop is pretty much normal. Her crop is soft and kind of bloated, not hard. Should I massage her crop after she's pooped everything she can out?

Also, this isn't related to the crop, but her neck feathers recently are just snapping in half. So half of the feather is still attached to her neck, but the other half just fell off. On some other neck feathers, there are these little marks, which I've experimented snapping those feathers in half, which I could do.

These are those strange feathers.

I was hoping someone would have answered because I lost a chicken last week and didn't know it was wrong but it turned out it was her crop. I'll keep an eye on this post to see if anyone answers but in the meantime do a search for crop.don't give up because it's important you don't want to lose your girl.
So sorry for your loss. :hugs
I can't imagine (and I don't want to imagine) what losing my pet chicken would feel like. Thankfully, my hen is on the road to recovery! :)
In the meantime, I can answer some of your questions, if you have any. Did your chicken have an impacted crop?
When my chickens get impacted crops, I give them daily massages on their crop, which helps push down whatever is in there. I also DON'T give them any food, just some sips of water, and isolate them in a box or comfortable cage for her to rest.

I do have an update and that's that I lost another one two days ago. This time much faster. I did a necropsy on her crop nothing was in there but some wet feed even though it was quite large. I checked her for bugs and did some other things I won't mention And now this morning I have another one exhibiting the same lethargy. I am beside myself. There is another post going on about this.
I called around to see if I could find a vet of course it's Saturday and the only place to take her is the emergency and it's $115 to start. I'm going to try to keep her comfortable over the weekend and alive and try to find a Farm vet on Monday. This is very distressing because this will be the third chicken.
