I was given 2 dozen cornish x. My first chicks. I am worried I want be able to go through with the self processing. Does anyone know of a slaughter house that will do it for me within say 50 miles of Florence SC. Thanks

The Palmetto Pigeon Plant in Sumter processes birds for a fee. Its very convenient if you have enough to make it worth while - the charges per bird are reasonable, but they do have a minimum processing charge (I don't remember off the top of my head) that makes small orders expensive.
