Ok I put 24 bantam eggs in the bator on May 23rd... temps have been at 99-100 until today.. it got really hot in the house while I was at work and when I got home the bator was at 108!!! I hurry and cooled it to 100 but not sure how long it was that high as was gone 12 hours.. This morning it was 97! I candled the eggs and all but 1 has veins and look good... Did I fry them? Even one has a crack in it and has veins..... Help! Do i need to toss them or just see what happens?

You probably don't want to hear this, but I'd toss them and start over. Overheating at this early stage harms the embryo's eye development. Since you don't know how long they've been exposed to this high temp I won't risk it. Sorry!

So sorry for the malfunction in your bator. How disappointing. My first hatch wasn't successful either. Much luck with your next hatch!
