HELP! Incubator quit day 26!

Will give them 24 hours to make progress, by tomorrow we should be able to preform surgery if need too.  HANG TIGHT we are at the FINAL stretch..

External pips on three now, no zipping yet for any of those. One of them has part of its shell getting this gray brown color - is that bad or no big deal?

The one that still hasn't pipped through is the one that was internally pipped the longest before I did the safety holes. It is still alive, looks like it's just in there brrathing but not much else though I only took a quick look. There's a part of the inside of the shell newr his beak that looks yellow-ish... does that mean he's sticky? Do I need to start helping him?

I am guessing the others are fine for now that have pipped and I just need to see if that first one that pipped yesterday afternoon starts zipping by this afternoon?

Oh and a couple are getting yellow spots on the outside, is that normal or does it mean they are sticky and the goo is getting out through the pores of the shell?

Ok getting set up now. I can't find my tweezers! But i can chip away with those little screwdrivers. What is the first thing to fo? Work on the shell from the artificial pip for 10ish minutes?
