HELP! Incubator quit day 26!

I guess I have a lot more to learn, because that baby doesn't look that sticky to me. Just looks like it needs more time. Maybe my contact lenses need replacing? LOL

He's NOT extremely sticky, I have see MUCH MUCH Worst.. but you have to add a couple of things, ONe you have this guy who has been internally pipping for over 36 hours, two, he's made little or not progress, three he's two days late and STILL has veins, Four what the heck is his delay? Well then you zoom in on his membrane and you can see this fogginess, right there is a sign of delay.. again he's NOT extremely sticky....

This makes me wonder if I should be more worried about the last one that hasn't started zipping? Or... just calm down and focus on this fella for now?

Awesome, thanks for clarifying for me! I didn't want to interrupt in a bad spot, so I thought while yall were on a "rest", I'd ask.

I can't remember, did you have any temperature issues during the first 25 days? I recently hatched 4, they didn't come out until day 30, 31, and 32. But I had an 18 hour power outage, so I believe that's what delayed them. Just saying it is possible for them to go a few days longer than expected for any number of reasons.

I think it's possible. My incubator definitely had a hot spot and I tried to rotate them around when I would turn them so they would get pretty much equal exposure overall, but I don't know if my thermometer could even give me a good read it could also only be in one place. Did yours that hatched late have any development issues? I'm kinda getting afraid that's what I might end up finding here...

Haha I'm looking at them now thinking they definitely don't have any development issues!! Eating like little piggies, growing like little weeds! They are 18,19,&20 days old today. No feet or leg issue, nothing! I did have 3 that didn't make it, and would have had issues, if they had lived, but I say Mother Nature took care of those for me. This was a few days ago on an outside trip.

And this was last night, just to give you an idea how much they've grown.
These are black Swedish, but I think they run similar in size to KC's?

Well that makes me smile and gives some relief.

I cannot believe they grow that fast, amazing!

I will say I think I got a lot of lucky too! But I thought they were all dead on day 14, and they surprised me... they can be tough and anything is possible!

That's so cool how they can be so resillient. I read on a thread on herre once that thee was a chick that hatched in a TRASH BAG after it had been thrown out because the gal incubating her eggs thought it was a quitter!

K i don't see Lacrystol on hre yet but I'm gonna pull the fella out and take a couple pics.
