Help! Incubator too small? Please read and help!

Is this one bad?
Can you go hide in a closet and take a picture while you're in a dark room?

At first glance I'm going to say this does not look good but get another picture while you're in a dark room please.

Does this look ok? Temp seemed to go up all of a sudden after I added the rubber shelf paper and took out the egg holder. Keep it at 99.5? Humidity 65-75?
What day are you on? 65% humidity is way too high.
Way too high.

hmm, looking at that candling pic it does look like humidity has been running very high. The air cell is too small.

You need to get a better picture in a completely dark room otherwise you won't see enough.

Have you been running the incubator at over 60% from the start?

I'll see if I can find my thread back, but I had a shockingly successful hatch with two of those incubators. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, because it was super stressful, but it did work! I lost a lot of sleep, because I literally took them out the minute they hatched and put them in the brooder box. I didn't have much of a choice because there just isn't room for them in there. As soon as they start walking around they would knock the lid right off and compromise the other eggs. The other thing I did consider was taping the lid shut but even then it just didn't look good at all once they hatched, there just was not enough room.

Found some videos of my very first chick last year! You can hear the anxiety (and excitement!) in my voice, making me less than patient with my kids 🙈😂
I opted to keep them in the holder, it just fit/worked best. I put shelf liner in the other one for a while but pretty sure I ended up taking it out.
