Help Injured Duck

We have a duck that has been attacked by a dog. There is a large flap of skin hanging off of of the neck. I’ll attach pictures in a little bit.
Can you get photos for us? Is a vet an option?

For now,
It's also very important that you treat for shock, place the bird indoors, where it is warm, and make the room dark. Keep everything quiet to reduce stress.

Most vets that treat birds like parakeets and wild birds, are also willing to take waterfowl and landfowl. Some small animal vets may even do it

I just know it isn't always an option. In a lot of areas including mine, vets won't see birds or poultry unless they're avian/exotics vets. I'm lucky as I have one exotics vet that's close enough, no one else sees them.
