Rooster i had a barred rock hen once and comb and wattles are light pink

So, If my Cleo is in fact a Leo at what point will he start waking up the neighbors at the crack of dawn? I beleive he was born the 3rd week in April, only because he was the largest one and still is.

I've learner that if a barred rock chick is dark with dark legs it is a hen. If it is light it is either a rooster or a hen but mostlikely a rooster. From the ones I hatched, just under half were dark hens so there should be 2 or 3 out of 30 that are hard to tell the sex on. Yours looks like a rooster but just wait to see for sure.
