HELP - is my first chick stuck ?

My first egg pipped about 19 hours ago - the chick has enlarged the hole by pecking all around the pip but has not made a line - does this mean the chick can't turn - shall I assist ?:/

If it is actually been 19 hours since he began pipping I would go ahead and hatch him out completely. B careful not to make them bleed . It may help to soak just a little bit of warm water down into the hole or wet a rag with warm water and wipe it down as up pell the shell back so the hair doesn't stick to the shell

He did it ! He's out - now thrashing around in the incubator knocking all the other eggs - he is HUGE

Thanks Alex - chick number 2 now safely hatched - waiting for the remaining 2 now, both pipped but being badly bashed about by the other 2 huge chicks :/
