HELP, is our Frizzle a rooster.

Though our little frizzle hen was a lovely girl, was shocked when she crowed this morning. I read this morning that crowing can occur even when not a rooster. So here is a picture of our beautiful frizzle. Please help......

Thank you everyone, we are gutted as he is such a beautiful boy. Regrettable now we have to find a new home for him as we aren't allowed roosters. We've learnt don't buy unsexed chicks. I now have a crazy lady addiction and want more chickens but we have 2 isa browns and 2 silkies that we all ready have to keep apart, what breed to get and how to incorporate them into the group? Thanks again for your help.
