Help, is the chick in the egg okay?

It's my first time hatching a chicken besides a group activity back in preschool, but my friend and I came across a fertilized egg in a market a few days ago. We're not sure how old it is, but there's definitely something in there. I tried to candle it to see what was inside, but I don't have strong enough lights. The first day we found it, it was alive and moved a bit but as of now, I'm not very sure. What are my next steps? Did I candle the egg correctly? Does it look to be alive and is anyone able to tell about how old it is? I attached a vid and would be so grateful if I got some help!

Is it in an incubator or under a broody hen? I just hatched my first batch of eggs (quail), so I don't feel experienced enough to offer candling advice, but I'd put it in an incubator right away if it's not already (or under a hen). I set my eggs at 99.5 degrees with around 40% humidity. If this egg does look viable, you might want to make a plan to get another chick or two since it probably wouldn't like to be alone.

Unfortunately, I had to make my own incubator, but I am regulating/checking the temp and humidity often and turning 5 times a day. The partial incubator is by my side 24/7. Thanks for your advice though! Anything counts :)

Egg looks pretty far along. Does the air cell look slanted? Right before babies pip, air cells draw down. Egg looks at least 19 days in
Oh my goodness, that's so close! I hope this doesn't get confusing, but for a few of the pictures with the slants and a larger gap, I just realized I put the light on the pointer end :| would that be a part of the air sac? The second and third pics should be the round end. I've been having a bit of a difficult time seeing the vein, though, which I'm guessing is because of the darker color of the egg and my light.
