Help! Is there a rooster?

I believe these 2 black ones are Australorps and I'm trying to figure out if I have roosters or hens. I believe the closer is a rooster but he hasn't started crowing yet, and the other is a hen. Please give me your opinion they are 3 months & we are butchering boys Sunday so I don't want to make a mistake!

Hmm, its tail does look rooish but it should have a bigger comb then that if it is a 12 week old cockerel
