Help! is this a cockerel or pullet?

Thank you guys! I sure hope it is a girl! I will keep on posting some pictures every couple weeks or so. I have no other chicken at same age to compare with. But it was surely bigger than my other three before they were all gone (so sad.....) . It gets bullied a lot by my three RIR hen (6 month old).....

thank you guys! I probably should do something about the bullying since most of you think it is a girl! I kind ignored the bullying by my three RIR hens since I thought it is a boy! Hahaha..... Thanks! will keep you posted....

I took this picture today. It is almost 13 weeks old now..... it seems really tall for a 13 week old........ what do you guys think now?
