HELP!! Is this a rooster or a pullet

I need help, since I'm fairly new to the chicken thing I thought I'd get everyones opinions. I bought 6 frizzle cochins about three weeks ago and there is one that is really different from the others can ya'll help please....

I'm not going to get rid of him/her either way I just really want to know.

im guessing roo i had to learn this lesson myself... i thought i had all hens and two roos nearly killed each other and i noticed they had bigger combs and waddles then the rest ... and of course they were fighting like he..ll

Thank you everyone for your votes and opinions. I have another little frizzle that has the same bright red comb about the same size that I'm pretty sure is a roo also so the other will have to go to back to the breeder. I'm keeping this one though, I love how he looks and hes not as flighty as the little black one. Thank you once again.
