I am new to owning this breed. Today I found this egg I believe she laid. I thought she would lay blue, is it possible she could have laid this color? She is the only one out of the four 22 weekers I have that is has been super vocal, squatting and yesterday she was restless and digging in every box, and corner in the coop.

Where are you located? The UK SOP allows Cream Legbar to lay Blue or Green eggs. As far as I can determine the American Poultry Association does not recognize the Cream Legbar but the group petitioning for acceptance have asked that they be allowed to lay blue or green.

Is it possible your Cream Legbar laid that egg? Yes, and if she did it is allowed according to the SOP.

Congratulations on getting a nice egg.

I had 2 hens that laid a greenish blue egg. Both were Ameraucana's but one was darker than the other.Same exact color as this one so yes it could be the legbars egg.
