help ...is this a start of a spur?

Not an Australorp --they don't have the red in the neck. And they eye color is slightly different. Looks like the coloring of a black copper Maran (which should have feathered legs). It could either be a Maran without feathers on the feet, or perhaps a cross between a Maran and an Australorp. But definitely a mix of some sort. A pullet/hen though.

I only saw black with that green shine.

I am a total newbie when it comes to chickens.
I am pretty sure I told this thread started already to not listen to anything I say.
I just wanted to keep an eye on this post ---to learn.
