Help!! Is this Avian Pox?

I am new to chickens this year and noticed a day ago that my Roo had a discoloration on his waddle. Is this Avian Pox? He eats and drinks fine and the rest of my flock isn't showing any signs.

it looks like just an injury to me, maybe a peck or scratch from someone or something. Pox are everywhere on wattle and comb just not one spot here or there
