Help! Is this bumble foot and how do I treat it?!?!

Is this bumblefoot? I don’t see a scab but his foot is super swollen and hot. He will stand but puts all of his weight on the good foot. He doesn’t want to walk but will to get away. He is thankfully still eating and drinking. Now the question, if this is bumble foot how do I treat it!?! I don’t see a scab to remove. Do I need to cut his foot, and if so where should I cut? We have sterile scalpels left over from neutering piglets if I do need to. Should I soak it first? Help!

Is the area at his ankle feel like there is fluid in it [squishy] The area at the heal of his foot looks swollen also how does it feel?

Maybe fluid buildup. could be some infection in there I am not sure it would be a good idea to cut it open. Do you have a farm vet or vet that could look at it? They could draw out fluid and see if he needs to be put on an antibiotic. It could possibly be an injury also.
