Help! Is this fowl pox??? What do I do??

My showgirl has this blister that has grown since yesterday. I thought I saw a possible spot where she may have been bit and assumed she scratched at her neck. I don't see anything else m her body and she is active and happy. Not sure how to treat this. I've sprayed it with vetericyn. Does anyone know what this might be? What's the proper course of treatment?

I've been searching through the site to find pictures, but I can't seem to find something like this on black skinned chickens. I assumed it was a bite but now I'm wondering about fowl pox. Does this look like anything other silkie owners have had?

Oh my goodness! Did you ever find out for sure what it was? I’m just starting out really with chickens. I hope your chicken is alright
