Help!!! It may die!!!

We have had 8 of our eggs hatch and 5 more piping. One of the chicks that hatched still has a bunch of "yolk" in the shell and a cord hanging from it's bottom. He/she seems very weak. Is there anything we can do for him?

Wrap it up in a warm washcloth and stick in a coffe mug and put it back in the bator. that is really all you can do. It needs to finish absorbing the yolk - do you have a pic for us?
