Help!, Its been 23 Hours since my Chick has pipped the egg, What do I do!?

Yea she dried off and is cheeping, She's still not eating tho but shes in the brooder, Should I maybe put her back in the incubator?
They can live off their yolk for up to 3 days. And don’t worry about the membrane stuck on her, that will come off with time. I’d leave her in the incubator. Is she still cheeping and stuff

If she's dry and in the brooder, the stuck fluff will wear off or you can use a soft brush to help fluff her out, just be gentle.

Is she a lone chick? If she is, then tap food and water dishes to mimic pecking so she starts to become interested in eating/drinking.
They can survive for a couple of days on the absorbed yolk, but I get mine eating first thing right out of the bator.
