Help it's day 23 in incubator and remaining eggs pass float test what should i do

Please don't listen to those that say you have to hear chirping etc I heard nothing in my eggs so cracked them open on day 22 and when I did I seen movement I was totally gutted my next lot are going in the incubator and I'm not touching them until day 12 to candle them and then I'm locking the hole thing down as I feel so bad I listened to people when they said they would more then likely be dead if there was no movement or sound, my chicks where very small so I don't know if the rubbish humidity was the cuase and cuased them to be extremely behind on growth or somthing else was the reason one chick seemed to be fully formed but wasn't alive I believe it may have been a humidity issue with that one my smallest one that was well behind on growth was the one moving and kicking her membrane when I had opened the egg and due to me thinking they where done for I didn't open the egg carefully enough to up her chance of rescue especially given as I broke through the second membrane and cuased bleeding we have one left that's completely dark inside so I can't see anything at all not even the air sac but it passed the water test again no movement nothing so I'll be leaving that one till next Sunday and removing it and placing my new clutch into a brand new better incubator
