HELP! Its day 25 and no pipping

I have a little giant as well. My first hatch was only 30% successful. I have since been about to get 60-80% success. It's important to calibrate your equipment. Even if it's new, it's unlikely it's spot on. Read http://exoticpets.about.com/od/herpresources/ss/hygrometer_2.htm#step-heading to learn how to calibrate a hygrometer. I kept my temps 102 and had much more success than 99.5
Still air incubators should be ran between 101-102, but unfortunetly the majority of the instruction manuals that come with these still air models still recommend 99.5 and a lot of first time hatchers follow those instructions to a t.

Hmm. If you're absolutely positive it's Day 25, even Day 24 be prepared for a weak chick that may not be able to hatch or survive.

My first chick was a day 24 hatcher. He was very strong even at hatch....he is now six months, but.................... I have noticead the bigger he's grown he does have effects from the delayed hatch, the biggest thing being his balance and coordination. He's never roosted, probably would fall off if he tried. He's active and beautiful and can chase my cat through the house...yes I said house, but I do see small things that I attribute to the delayed development. Feathering out is the other thing. He still has down feathers under the feathers at his back near the tail. I love him just the same.
