Still air incubators should be ran between 101-102, but unfortunetly the majority of the instruction manuals that come with these still air models still recommend 99.5 and a lot of first time hatchers follow those instructions to a t.I have a little giant as well. My first hatch was only 30% successful. I have since been about to get 60-80% success. It's important to calibrate your equipment. Even if it's new, it's unlikely it's spot on.
